Sisters United Global (S.U.G.) was founded by Melissa LaShawn to unite women worldwide through love, faith, and the transformative power of God’s Word. Having faced challenges as the only girl in her family, Melissa understands the importance of sisterhood—the need for a safe space to confide, connect, and grow.
S.U.G. is that space—a supportive community where women can be vulnerable, learn, and uplift one another. Our mission is to empower, equip, encourage, exhort, and teach women to live lives that honor God.

Inspire, equip, and support women worldwide
Our mentorship program offers young ladies spiritual guidance, life skills, and personal growth through one-on-one and group mentorship. Seasoned women of faith provide support, wisdom, and encouragement to help them navigate life’s challenges.
Every Thursday, women gather for an interactive Bible study where they learn, share, and grow in their faith. This safe, supportive environment allows them to explore biblical truths, ask questions, and connect with one another.
Our annual Heal Her Women’s Conference is a transformative gathering where women come together to experience spiritual healing, empowerment, and personal growth. Featuring dynamic speakers, interactive workshops, and powerful worship, this conference is designed to help women heal from past hurts, embrace their true identity, and step boldly into their God-given purpose.
